CPA Audit Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audit Senior Manager (Employee Benefit Plans) to oversee employee benefit plan audits and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fieldwork on employee benefit plan audits in compliance with US GAAS and ERISA regulations
• Prepare and review employee benefit plan financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Lead and mentor team members while managing project budgets and client relationships

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of progressive employee benefit plan public accounting experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• CPA certification required
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, ERISA, and IRS regulations
