Job Summary

Leading the audit process from planning to completion, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior Manager will supervise the audit team, manage client relationships, and provide recommendations to enhance company policies and procedures while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of client engagement and manage multiple audit projects simultaneously
• Communicate engagement progress, issues, and resolutions to clients and stakeholders
• Train, support, and motivate the audit team while monitoring engagement budgets and billing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of recent audit experience at a public accounting firm
• CPA Certification
• Proven experience in developing new or extended service opportunities with clients
• Experience in hiring, developing, and leading a team of professional auditors
