CPA Audit Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audit Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on audit lead, managing large volumes of data and documentation
• Serve as the main point of contact with external auditors and manage PBC requests
• Collaborate with auditors to clarify accounting positions and resolve issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and audit (Big 4 or equivalent highly desired)
• Extensive experience leading audits and reconstructing supporting documentation
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting principles
• Experience collaborating with offshore accounting teams, especially in India
