Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the monthly and quarterly financial close process, ensuring accurate journal entries and account reconciliations
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support offshore teams with analytics and deliverables
• Manage team performance and client relationships, addressing escalations and ensuring compliance with internal policies

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA Certification
• Experience in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of R2R processes, GL accounting, and investment accounting
• Team management experience
• Ability to handle client management and governance meetings effectively
