Job Summary

Leading financial operations, the full-time remote Chief Financial Officer will manage budgeting, compliance, and financial reporting for a company with annual revenue exceeding $500 million.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and evaluate financial programs, including budgeting and tax planning
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
• Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Ten years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
