Job Summary

Seeking an accomplished fractional Chief Financial Officer with international non-profit experience, the long-term contract opportunity will support a remote client engagement by overseeing complex accounting operations, financial strategy, and guiding critical financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the financial strategy, aligning fiscal priorities with operational and business objectives
• Oversee accurate financial reporting and manage cash flow planning and capital management
• Build and refine budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to enhance performance visibility

Required qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in a Chief Financial Officer or senior finance leadership role
• Strong background in financial reporting and month-end close oversight
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Experience working in an international business environment
