CPA Clinic Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinic Accounting Manager who will lead accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily accounting operations and ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Leads the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries and financial reporting
• Supervises and develops accounting staff, providing direction and performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting required
• 1-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a professional accounting environment required
• Experience working in a shared services, corporate accounting, or healthcare environment preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and data reporting tools preferred
