Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPA Compliance professional in New York or Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with legal, financial, and compliance teams to interpret and apply relevant financial regulations, exchange rules, and best practices
Produce financial statements under GAAP and collaborate on KYC/AML requirements
Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, conduct compliance audits, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, accounting, investigations, surveillance, compliance, or a related field within the financial industry
Certified CPA with familiarity with federally regulated financial businesses
Accounting Degree with experience producing GAAP financial statements
Audit or investigations experience is a plus
KYC/AML experience is a plus
