CPA Consolidation and Reporting Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consolidation & Reporting Lead to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee group consolidation and balance sheet reporting for 20+ international entities
• Lead the preparation of consolidated US GAAP/IFRS financial statements and relevant disclosures
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with US GAAP and public SEC reporting
• Expert knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
• Experience managing financial audits, preferably from Big 4 firms
• Working experience with financial reporting and consolidation tools
• CPA license strongly preferred
