CPA Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to manage accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle accounting operations and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Oversee financial reporting and manage audit and tax relationships
• Drive process improvement and lead system implementations related to accounting platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA preferred or equivalent international qualification
• Progressive accounting experience in a leadership or controller-level capacity
• Experience managing remote or global accounting teams preferred
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
