Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Oversee month-end closing, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and develop internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA is highly preferred
• Proven experience in mortgage banking accounting
• Proficiency with LoanVision accounting software and advanced Excel
• Understanding of mortgage loan lifecycles and Dodd-Frank/regulatory requirements
