CPA Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and prepare financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Oversee financial reporting and maintain internal controls and compliance processes
• Manage audit coordination and supervise financial systems and operations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting
• CPA required; Big 4 experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience in building controls and accounting processes in growth-stage companies
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Ramp
• Background in cost accounting or product-based environments preferred
