Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Controller to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage core accounting functions, including the general ledger, grants accounting, and financial reporting
• Lead audit and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards
• Oversee cash management and financial stewardship, partnering with leadership on cash flow projections

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or 10 years of equivalent experience
• CPA designation is required; MBA is preferred
• Proven experience in financial management and maintaining internal control environments
• Experience with nonprofit accounting and federal funds is required
• Strong management skills, including team and project management
