CPA Controller

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and operationally strong Controller, this fully remote position will manage day-to-day accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, and ensure compliance with GAAP while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive operational efficiency and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and revenue recognition
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Maintain and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support operational scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leading accounting operations
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit processes
• Experience managing month-end close processes in a fast-paced environment
