CPA Controller

Job Summary

Leading global accounting operations, the full-time Controller will work remotely with the Chief Financial Officer to strengthen financial controls and drive the implementation of a new enterprise-wide financial ERP system while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS
• Lead ERP implementation efforts, including system requirements definition, process mapping, and user acceptance testing
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, support M&A integration, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• CPA preferred or equivalent technical accounting expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
• Proven success in full-cycle ERP implementation (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA)
• Strong experience with U.S. GAAP reporting and familiarity with shared services or outsourced accounting models
