  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize financial reporting systems and enhance accounting operations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in corporate accounting and financial reporting
  • Experience in M&A accounting and knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting regulations
  • Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
