CPA Corporate Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting and accounting functions, managing a team of accounting professionals
• Coordinate accounting close activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures to ensure internal controls and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; equivalent experience may be considered
• CPA certification is required, with active status preferred
• Minimum of seven years of experience in public accounting or public company accounting, including five years in a managerial role
• United States citizenship is required
• Experience with ERP financial systems and government contracting is preferred
