CPA Corporate Accounting Principal

Job Summary

To support the Corporate Controller's Group, the full-time salaried CPA Corporate Accounting Principal will manage key corporate accounting areas, assist with the monthly close process, and oversee SEC reporting activities while collaborating cross-functionally in a dynamic team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex corporate accounting areas, including Goodwill and Share-based Compensation
• Assist in the monthly close process and ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies
• Prepare and review sections of Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and other SEC filings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5-6 years of related work experience, including Big 4 public accounting firm experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP; CPA strongly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Prior SEC reporting experience preferred but not required
