CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

Leading a team of finance professionals, the full-time salaried CPA Corporate Controller will oversee the full accounting lifecycle, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP while managing financial operations, reporting, and strategic initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and healthcare billing, while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and debt obligations, partnering with the CFO to optimize working capital
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls and lead the annual external financial statement audit

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive accounting experience with a public accounting background
• Leadership experience managing teams of five or more professionals in complex multi-entity organizations
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and experience with treasury operations and debt management
