Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Active CPA or equivalent certification required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior management roles in financial services or fintech
• Strong knowledge in accounting operations with experience in building and leading high-performing teams
• Proven track record in assessing and implementing internal controls
