CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller to lead its accounting operations and enhance financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions including general ledger, revenue, and loan-level accounting
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Design and enforce financial controls aligned with SOC 1 requirements and oversee audit processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience, including prior leadership as Controller or Assistant Controller
• Active CPA license with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, including relevant standards for lending
• Proven success in leading ERP/accounting system implementations
• Experience in consumer lending, loan servicing, or specialty finance
