CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all general accounting functions, including monthly close, revenue recognition, and entity consolidations
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to support compliance and accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role
• Experience in private equity-backed businesses strongly preferred
• Proven success leading ERP implementations (NetSuite strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to leverage automation and AI/ML to optimize accounting processes
