CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements
• Manage the accounting team and support strategic acquisitions or mergers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• 15+ years of financial experience with 8+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with Netsuite core applications
• Demonstrated depth of GAAP accounting and financial reporting experience
