CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller who will oversee the full accounting function across multiple entities or client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, consolidations, and month-/year-end close
• Oversee financial reporting to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop onshore and offshore accounting teams for effective communication and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably as a Controller or similar role
• CPA highly preferred
• Experience managing offshore or global accounting teams
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
