CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller who will manage the accounting function and partner with the CFO to enhance the finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, promoting continuous learning and accountability
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and manage external audit relationships and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3-5 years in a controller or senior accounting leadership role
• Experience in a PE-backed company with familiarity in sponsor reporting and audit committee dynamics
• CPA designation
• Active user of AI tools in accounting workflows with a proven track record of team development
• Strong technical accounting foundation with an operational mindset
