CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller to lead accounting governance and financial operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of accounting policies in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Own the external audit process and ensure audit readiness across all entities
• Oversee balance sheet integrity and standardize financial reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Active CPA
• Experience in Big 4/public accounting and progressive industry experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Proven experience in technical accounting, audit, consolidations, and treasury functions
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing operations
