CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller to lead global accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the integrity of the general ledger, financial reporting structure, and global close processes
• Establish accounting policies and revenue recognition practices in compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606
• Manage a global accounting team and drive process improvements and automation for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA in Accounting with a CPA license
• 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience in a high-growth or PE-backed environment
• Experience in a SaaS or software environment is required
• Proficiency with NetSuite; experience with Maxio and Airwallex is a plus
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and software/technology revenue recognition
