CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its Accounting function in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and prepare reporting packages for management
• Manage a team responsible for billing, collections, and financial compliance, while overseeing the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes
• Implement financial controls and optimize ERP systems to automate financial processes and ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a venture capital or private equity-backed company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification is required
• Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
• Experience managing and automating Finance & Accounting processes in professional services, technology, or SaaS companies
