CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

CPA Corporate Controller, responsible for leading the finance function in a remote, full-time role, overseeing financial close, audit, treasury operations, and implementing AI-driven accounting transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end financial close process and prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Lead annual and interim audit projects, ensuring compliance with SOX and managing internal controls
• Drive the AI transformation roadmap for the accounting function, integrating AI tools into financial processes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a Controller role in a SaaS or recurring revenue business
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX, and internal controls
• Experience managing international, multi-entity accounting operations
• Proven track record of implementing AI tools to enhance accounting workflows
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA required
