CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

Hands-on and operationally focused, the full-time Corporate Controller will lead and scale the accounting organization in a fully remote, fast-paced, PE-backed environment, overseeing core accounting operations, financial reporting, and process optimization.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation and standardization of accounting processes and controls across the organization
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including oversight of the monthly close process and account reconciliations
• Oversee complex project-based billing and revenue accounting processes while partnering cross-functionally to improve operational performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA required
• Experience with ERP implementations and finance systems optimization strongly preferred
• Proven success in PE-backed, high-growth, or transformational environments
• Experience integrating acquisitions, including systems and accounting processes
