CPA Corporate Controller

Job Summary

Leading the accounting organization, the full-time Corporate Controller will manage a high-performing team, oversee financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls, while working in a hybrid environment to support the company's growth and public readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale the global accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and public company standards
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, producing audit-ready financial statements
• Drive global accounting operations and partner cross-functionally to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in high-growth companies
• Proven experience as a Corporate Controller or similar role with public company readiness expertise
• CPA required; Big 4 or top-tier public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong background in global accounting operations and managing international entities
• Deep expertise in GAAP and technical accounting, with experience in modern accounting systems
