CPA Corporate Controller
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller, the full-time remote position will manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance functions while collaborating with the CFO on budgeting and forecasting for a growing SaaS business.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Own ASC 606 revenue recognition processes and oversee contract accounting and revenue reporting
- Partner with the CFO to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and management reporting packages
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required
- 7+ years of accounting experience, including prior roles as Controller or Accounting Manager
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and in a SaaS environment
