CPA Deputy Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy Finance Manager to lead financial processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the tax team for accurate and timely tax reporting and corporate tax return reviews
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and oversee consolidation accounting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA designation
• Strong U.S. GAAP reporting experience, including consolidation groups
• Experience in complex, multi-entity environments
