CPA Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day accounting functions, including monthly close and financial reporting
• Develop and implement scalable accounting processes and internal controls
• Prepare and present monthly financial statements and performance analysis to senior leadership

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required
• 3+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or a senior role
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with accounting standards
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
