CPA Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting to oversee its accounting department and provide leadership in financial areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the annual business planning and budget
• Provide financial statements and reports to senior management and business unit leaders
• Enhance and implement policies and procedures for core finance functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; master's preferred
• CPA required
• 10-15 years of financial and accounting leadership experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized company
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct required
• Experience in a transformative leadership role with organizations exceeding $100M in revenue
