CPA Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Manage the monthly close process and ensure compliance with GAAP and federal grant requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes and reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience
• Demonstrated expertise in nonprofit accounting and GAAP
• Proficiency with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
