CPA Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance (Mat Leave Coverage).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional growth
• Prepare and present monthly consolidated financial reports for the Executive Team and key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least five years at the Director level or equivalent
• CPA (or equivalent) designation is required
• Strong FP&A skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with operations
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial compliance requirements
• Experience with international finance operations (U.S. and Canada) is an asset
