CPA Director of Financial Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Financial Accounting & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day external financial reporting and compliance with SEC regulations, US GAAP, and SOX requirements
• Serve as a technical accounting resource, researching complex accounting issues and developing comprehensive accounting policies
• Lead M&A due diligence and ERP integration projects, ensuring effective financial integration across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 3+ years in SEC reporting with a US-listed company
• Experience with Big 4 public accounting and corporate accounting is highly desirable
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) internal controls
