CPA Director of Revenue Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Technical Revenue Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend accounting positions for complex commercial arrangements under ASC 606
• Lead contract and deal reviews, ensuring compliance with revenue accounting policies
• Partner with various departments to design new product models from a revenue recognition perspective

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with SaaS/technology
• CPA required
• Expertise in ASC 606 with experience in SaaS arrangements
• Experience with revenue recognition systems and leading system integrations preferred
