Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal CPA, Director of Tax (US - Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold quality control standards for client deliverables
• Lead and mentor the tax team, preparing and reviewing personal and corporate tax returns
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• CPA certification with 8+ years of experience in public accounting
• Experience in client-facing relationships and understanding client businesses
• Proficiency in cloud-based accounting platforms and tax preparation software
• Experience with project management or practice management tools
• Ability to maintain client privacy and handle sensitive information discreetly
