CPA Director of Technical Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting for complex transactions in alignment with U.S. GAAP
• Own and enhance financial reporting processes for timely and accurate close cycles
• Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate accounting implications of new initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 public accounting
• CPA certification is required
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and technical accounting standards
• Experience with financial reporting and close processes
• Strong background in SOX compliance and internal controls
