CPA Director of Transaction Advisory

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time CPA Director of Transaction Advisory will manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, oversee staff development, and strengthen client relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee engagement teams on financial due diligence projects
• Supervise, develop, and train staff while participating in performance evaluations
• Strengthen client relationships and develop new business opportunities through exceptional service

Required qualifications:

• Eight (8+) years of experience in audit, financial advisory, or transaction services in a large accounting firm
• Five (5+) years of supervisory experience with a focus on mentoring associates
• Relevant bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Intermediate modeling and Excel skills with experience in complex financial analysis
