Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Transitions - Accounting Process Team Leader - Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain transition standards, workflows, and best practices
- Oversee team performance and manage resource allocation for efficient delivery
- Conduct client assessments and translate findings into actionable project plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA strongly preferred
- Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting and client onboarding/implementation leadership
- Extensive experience in managed accounting services and multi-platform ERP implementations
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and Managed Services operations
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable accounting processes
