Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Transitions - Accounting Process Team Leader - Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain transition standards, workflows, and best practices
  • Oversee team performance and manage resource allocation for efficient delivery
  • Conduct client assessments and translate findings into actionable project plans
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting and client onboarding/implementation leadership
  • Extensive experience in managed accounting services and multi-platform ERP implementations
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and Managed Services operations
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable accounting processes
