Job Summary
Leading a team of accountants, the remote CPA Eligible Assistant Controller will oversee the preparation of property financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting principles, and maintain regular communication with clients regarding their financial performance.

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA Eligible or CPA Preferred
- Previous experience in third-party multi-family property management
