CPA Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Director to lead accounting and financial functions for a strategic client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning cycles and quarterly reforecasts for accurate financial forecasting
• Oversee revenue recognition processes and maintain financial integrity through audit coordination
• Manage the monthly financial close process and serve as a financial liaison for Business Unit Executives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Current CPA certification demonstrating technical accounting expertise
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in finance
• Strong technical accounting skills with knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong capabilities in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
