CPA Finance Director

Job Summary

Leading the Finance function for the Line of Business, the full-time salaried CPA Finance Director will manage financial forecasts, budgets, and compliance, while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee annual budgets, financial reporting, and business forecasts in partnership with senior management
• Facilitate discussions across various business functions to resolve financial issues and improve processes
• Lead the Finance department in hiring, performance evaluation, and training initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, preferably in software development with multiple revenue recognition models
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and CPA certification required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience communicating financial results to senior management
• Strong negotiation and project management skills
• Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions independently
