CPA Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support corporate accounting in the US, the full-time remote CPA Finance Manager will oversee month-end closes, manage account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with US GAAP while driving process improvements within Oracle NetSuite.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the month-end close process and approving journal entries for accurate reporting
• Managing account reconciliation processes and enhancing documentation quality
• Driving process improvement initiatives to automate manual entries within Oracle NetSuite

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate accounting or financial control roles
• A CPA qualification or progress towards certification
• Expertise in US GAAP and the month-end close process
• Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• A structured approach to solving complex reconciliation and reporting issues
