CPA Finance Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the Midwest Regional Finance Lead, the full-time remote CPA Finance Manager will provide detailed financial analysis, participate in quarterly forecasting, and prepare executive-level presentations for business segment leaders across nine states.
Key responsibilities
- Create monthly close packages and investigate forecast variances
- Prepare and present financial results to Medicare and Health Plan leaders during Monthly Operating Reviews
- Represent Midwest Region Finance in meetings and provide guidance on financial initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in a financial analysis role supporting business departments required
- 3+ years of experience in a Healthcare environment preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
