CPA Finance Officer

Job Summary

To ensure the financial health of the organization, the full-time remote Finance Officer will manage financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and support audit preparations while reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain audit schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist in preparing financial reports and tax returns while providing support for various accounting tasks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting
• Relevant certification such as ACCA or CPA is required
• Experience in the SME or marketing industry is an asset
• Project Management certification is beneficial but not required
