CPA Finance Outsourcing Manager
Job Summary
To support the continued growth of the Finance & Accounting Outsourcing practice, the full-time remote CPA Finance Outsourcing Manager will manage the delivery of outsourced accounting services, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and lead a team of accounting professionals while leveraging NetSuite for operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of outsourced accounting and financial reporting services for a portfolio of clients
- Lead, coach, and develop accounting professionals, including offshore team members
- Oversee client onboarding activities and review financial statements and other deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management experience in public accounting
- Strong NetSuite experience, including financial reporting and accounting operations
- Experience leading and developing accounting professionals, including remote teams
